SMART MONEY BROKE MINDS — NO-REFUND POLICY

OVERVIEW

By purchasing any product, service, consultation, membership, or participating in any Smart Money Broke Minds ("SMBM") program, you acknowledge and agree to the following No-Refund Policy. All sales are final. Please read this policy carefully before making any purchase.

1. EDUCATIONAL AND INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY

All information, content, products, services, consultations, courses, community discussions, materials, and resources provided by Smart Money Broke Minds are intended solely for educational and informational purposes. Smart Money Broke Minds does not provide legal, tax, accounting, financial, investment, medical, or other professional advice. Any decisions you make based on information obtained through SMBM are solely your responsibility. You should consult qualified professionals regarding your specific circumstances before making any financial, legal, business, investment, tax, or personal decisions.

2. ALL SALES ARE FINAL

No refunds, exchanges, credits, or returns will be provided under any circumstances for any purchase made through Smart Money Broke Minds, including but not limited to:

Digital Products:

Courses and course access
E-books, planners, journals, worksheets, and templates
Downloadable resources and digital downloads
Once access has been granted the sale is considered final

Physical Products:

Books, merchandise, and apparel
Once an item has been shipped the sale is considered final
Damaged or defective physical items must be reported within 7 days of receipt by emailing smbmconnect@smartmoneybrokeminds.com

Services:

Consultations and coaching sessions
Educational sessions and strategy sessions
Community access and membership fees
Services are non-refundable whether completed, partially completed, missed, canceled, or terminated

3. SMART MONEY COMMUNITY — MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP

By joining the Smart Money Community monthly membership you agree that:

Membership is billed at $59.99 per month on a recurring basis
Membership fees are non-refundable
You may cancel your membership at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at smbmconnect@smartmoneybrokeminds.com
Cancellation stops future billing at the end of the current billing period
No prorated refunds or partial refunds will be issued for unused time remaining in the current billing cycle
Your access remains active through the end of the paid billing period
Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund of any previously charged membership fees

How to Cancel:
Log into your account at app.smartmoneybrokeminds.com, go to Settings, and follow the cancellation steps. Or email smbmconnect@smartmoneybrokeminds.com with your account email and cancellation request.

4. BROKE TO RICH MINDSET COACHING — ONE TIME PAYMENT

By purchasing the Broke to Rich Mindset Coaching program you agree that:

This is a one-time non-refundable payment of $1,450
This payment includes 90 days of coaching access from the date of enrollment
This payment includes 1 year of Smart Money Community access from the date of enrollment
Coaching access expires after 90 days regardless of usage or participation
Community access expires after 1 year regardless of usage
Missed, canceled, or unused coaching sessions are non-refundable and will not be rescheduled beyond the 90-day window
No partial refunds will be issued if you choose to stop participating before the 90-day period ends

5. CONSULTATIONS & COACHING SESSIONS

All consultation and coaching sessions are non-refundable once scheduled
Consultations are 15 to 30 minutes in length
If you fail to attend a scheduled consultation without prior notice it is considered forfeited with no refund or reschedule
SMBM will make reasonable efforts to reschedule consultations canceled by SMBM due to technical issues or scheduling conflicts
All consultation calls may be recorded for legal compliance, quality assurance, and training purposes
By scheduling a consultation you consent to recording of the session

6. CALL RECORDING CONSENT

All consultation calls may be recorded for:

Legal compliance
Quality assurance
Training purposes
Documentation and protection of all parties

By participating in a consultation call you consent to recording of the session. If you do not consent to recording you should not participate in the consultation.

7. RIGHT TO TERMINATE CALLS

Smart Money Broke Minds reserves the right to terminate, end, reschedule, or refuse any consultation call at any time and for any reason including but not limited to:

Inappropriate behavior
Harassment or threatening conduct
Violation of these Terms
Technical issues
Scheduling conflicts
Any other reason deemed necessary by SMBM

No refund will be issued for calls that are terminated, canceled, or ended by SMBM due to violations of these Terms or inappropriate conduct by the participant.

8. RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE & TERMINATE ACCOUNTS

Smart Money Broke Minds reserves the right to:

Refuse service or deny access to any person at its sole discretion
Remove members from the community for any reason
Suspend or terminate any account immediately for violations of our Terms and Conditions
Cancel any subscription or membership without prior notice for violations

No refund will be issued in connection with account suspension or termination due to violations of our Terms and Conditions.

9. PARTNER REVENUE DISTRIBUTIONS

Partner revenue distributions are governed by separate Partner & Instructor Agreements and are not subject to this No-Refund Policy. Revenue sharing disputes between SMBM and Partners are handled exclusively under the terms of the applicable Partner & Instructor Agreement.

10. CHARGEBACKS & PAYMENT DISPUTES

By making a purchase on our Platform you agree to contact us at smbmconnect@smartmoneybrokeminds.com before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card company. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve any billing concerns directly. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting SMBM may result in immediate termination of your account and membership without refund. SMBM reserves the right to dispute any chargeback filed in violation of this policy and to provide documentation of your agreement to this No-Refund Policy to your financial institution.

11. EXCEPTIONS

SMBM does not offer refunds except in the following extremely limited circumstances:

Duplicate charges resulting from a verifiable technical error on our part
A charge made after a confirmed cancellation with documented proof

To request a review of an exception, email smbmconnect@smartmoneybrokeminds.com within 7 days of the charge with your account email, transaction details, and a description of the issue. All exception requests are reviewed at SMBM's sole discretion and approval is not guaranteed.

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Smart Money Broke Minds, its owners, affiliates, employees, contractors, representatives, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from use of SMBM products or services, participation in consultations, community participation, reliance on educational content, financial or business decisions, investment decisions, or personal outcomes. Your use of SMBM products and services is entirely at your own risk.

13. GOVERNING LAW

This No-Refund Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes relating to this policy shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the State of Florida in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.

14. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

SMBM reserves the right to modify this No-Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated Last Updated date. Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
